Meyer Brothers Building Company was the Design/Build General Contractor of this turnkey project.

The building structure consists of a pre-engineered steel structure with a concrete/metal stud composite wall system.

The roof system is a Butler MR-24 standing seam metal roof. The canopy roof system is an architectural standing seam also furnished by Butler Manufacturing.

The office space of 1,600 SF consists of ground floor and a second
story mezzanine.
