Making space work for you

Cast-on-site concrete tilt-up wall panels and a conventional steel framing system provide strength and flexibility without putting a pinch on the wallet.
The roof is a combinationg of a single-ply rubber membrane and a gravel ballast.
The Design/Build team maximized space including offices, restrooms, a training room, work-out facility, and a cafateria.
The Design/Build project team consisted of the owner, architect, and general contractor.
